We provide here tables with shipping costs to most major European cities and sample shipping documents to make the ordering and shipping process easier for our customers.

We are experts in shippling Koi and take great care when preparing them for their long way to our customers respective countries.

The packing costs per box are USD 8.70. The number of boxes needed depends on the number and size of Koi, please see the "Packing Table" below.

Our customers are required to provide us with the shipping documents necessary to export our products to the customers' respective country. These documents are usually provided by the customs office at the international airport which will be used for the import/export. They may be simple "journey declarations", "health certificates" or more complex shipping papers.

Be advised that your personal data which is stated on the quotation will have to mach the data of your identification (e.g. passport) which you are asked to bring along to the airport when collecting your shipment.
