The logo of our company is protected and can only be used by our farm in Taiwan and it's authorized koi shops. It was reported that corporate entities outside of Taiwan have used our logo and some of the copyrighted material of this website to mislead customers.
Please note that the Sing Chang Koi Farm of Taiwan is head-quatered in Taiwan. Apart from our network of official koi shops, there are no authorized and official representatives part of our corporate organization.
Koi pictures on our website can be used by our customers for promotional use with end-customers. More information is stated in the "disclaimer section" on the bottom of the website. Community sites usually receive permission to use material in an answer email from us.
