International shipping 2011
Due to high international shipping costs most of our customers tend to order large amounts of Koi (wholesale discounts are available up to 40 percent) and/or very sophisticated "Show" Koi meant to compete in exhibitions.
We provide here tables with shipping costs to most major European cities and sample shipping documents to make the ordering and shipping process easier for our customers.
Verpakkings kosten
Ons bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het verschepen van Koi's naar ieder door uw gewenst land. Met grote zorg verzenden wij de Koi's in een speciaal daarvoor vervaardigde verpakking. Onze verpakking is ingericht voor de lange reis die onze Koi's naar onze klanten moeten afleggen.
De verpakkingskosten per doos USD 6.00. Het aantal dozen is afhankelijk van de afmeting van de Koi's.

Shipping papers and import/export companies
Our customers are required to provide us with the shipping documents necessary to export our products to the customers' respective country. These documents are usually provided by the customs office at the international airport which will be used for the import/export. They may be simple "journey declarations", "health certificates" or more complex shipping papers.
Receiving your shipment
Be advised that your personal data which is stated on the quotation will have to mach the data of your identification (e.g. passport) which you are asked to bring along to the airport when collecting your shipment.

Container Shipping 2011
Container shipping data for the year of 2011 can be found in this article. We typically ship koi food and pond related articles in container units.
The transport from the local harbour to the final destination of the container should be arranged with a forwarding company, import-export company or other institutions providing expertiese.
