Receiving your shipment
Be advised that your personal data which is stated on the quotation will have to mach the data of your identification (e.g. passport) which you are asked to bring along to the airport when collecting your shipment.
Furthermore you will need to bring along the ?Airway bill? which the airline will fax to you after the shipment is checked-in at the airport in Taiwan (on the shipping day). A sample ?Airway bill? can be seen below (all personal information was erased).
We recommend the use of an import-export company if you have not imported Koi before. Should you decide to collect the shipment without the help of an import-export company, then be advised to inform yourself about the location of shipment claiming at the destination airport.
All shipments contain at least two white ?sample? fish which are stated in the quotation and are supplied for free for the purpose of medical checking.
